The Hyatt Place St Louis/Chesterfield is a gem, offering fantastic customer service. the staff, especially the front desk guy during breakfast, was exceptional - friendly and attentive. the spacious rooms with a sofa bed and well-equipped bathroom provided a comfortable stay for our group of three. the location, adjacent to shopping at the Chesterfield Mall, was convenient and peaceful, with easy access to local dining options. the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service truly made our stay memorable. the complimentary breakfast at the Gallery was a delightful start to our days, featuring premium ingredients and chef-inspired dishes. A special shoutout to Karen, Katie, and Todd for their warm hospitality. Whether it's for business or leisure, I highly recommend this 3-star hotel in the heart of Chesterfield.
